Lenora Worth takes over the Tule Blog!

Hello, Tule Readers! Happy Fourth of July Weekend and Happy Summer. I’m excited about summer because, earlier this week, Tule released the third novella in my Driftwood Bay series, set in my home state for the last few years, Florida.

BridgeNavarreXX582x640XXX214x235XDriftwood Bride is a sweet, emotional story about Melissa and Judson, who have been sweethearts since they were in grammar school. I loved writing this story because while I was writing the first two—Driftwood Cowboy and Driftwood Hero—Melissa’s story kept calling to me.

Tule let me do my own thing with these stories and I appreciate that. I live near the Gulf of Mexico and I love beach stories so this is kind of a fantasy for since I’ve always loved the ocean. I hope you’ll escape with this series and go a little coastal with us.BlogIBLF1

To get you in the mood for summer, I’m sharing some of my favorite photos of my world. And … if you leave a comment and tell us about your best vacation ever, we’ll enter you in a drawing to win FREE downloads of the first two books in the series: Driftwood Cowboy and Driftwood Hero, and a beach bag full of beaching goodies and books. Once a winner is picked, we’ll ask for an e-mail address and I’ll personally send you the e-books and then I’ll mail you the beach bag!TuleXblog

Have a great summer!

  1. Best vacation ever, going to Disneyland, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. That was a long time ago.

  2. I have really enjoyed your Driftwood Bay series. The best vacation I have ever had was one that I got as a gift for my 40th birthday. My ex moved to Hawaii after we divorced, but we remained friends. He paid for me to come visit him and put me in a hotel overlooking Waikiki Beach and took me all over Oahu showing me the sights that he had discovered while living there. There were no strings attached and it was purely a friendship. I think that’s what made it so fun. There was no stress at all.

  3. I can’t decide which was the best. The trip by train to California when I was 5 to visit my cousins and visiting Disneyland. Or was it the time we drove from Chicago to California when I was 8 to visit the same relatives. Maybe it was my first airplane trip to California for a wedding for my cousin. Afterwards we & my uncle & cousins drove from LA to San Francisco along Hwy 1. Lastly, maybe it was last summer’s road trip moving my niece from Ames, IA to Binghamton, NY for her first post-college job, with a week long stop at my brother’s (her uncle) and going to the lake with their family. Growing up we travelled a lot so I have lots of travel memories. Since being married & having kids, it’s only been the last10 years that hubby & I started to travel without kids.

  4. We are staying in Sarasota this week. My husband’s dad and wife have a condo right on Lido Key. It’s so beautiful here. We love visiting Anna Maria Island while we are down here so we can see the dolphins and manatees! You live in a gorgeous area-the Gulf. I enjoy your books! Thanks. ☺️
