K.L. Paterson grew up on a diet of Trixie Belden, Nancy Drew and The Three Investigators mysteries, before moving on to Sweet Dreams and Windswept teen romances. So it’s no surprise that she now writes mysteries and romance! Her romance and women’s fiction is written as Kerrie Paterson.
Her stories are usually set in small Australian towns with a cast of heartwarming characters, most often in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
K.L. lives in a small motorhome and leads a nomadic life. This gives her the opportunity to people-watch, and explore new settings to place either a murder or a happily-ever-after (or both!). Whenever possible, she can be found at her happy place near the water.
