Tule author, C.R. Grissom, shares that her favorite holiday cocktail is a traditional Irish Coffee! She says it’s one of her “favorite things to make Christmas morning after all the presents have been opened.”

C.R. Grissom’s Perfect Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
1oz Irish Whiskey
1 sugar cube
2 TBS fresh whipped cream
6oz of coffee
Directions:
- Place the sugar cube into a glass mug
- Fill the mug halfway with coffee. Stir until sugar cube dissolves. Add whiskey.
- Add more coffee to fill the mug to an inch below the top of the glass.
- Spoon fresh whipped cream over the top.
- Enjoy!
